Terms of Service  

 

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our robot services in agriculture ("Robot"). These Terms govern User’s use of the Robot provided by Agroverse P.C. ("Company") and constitute a legally binding agreement between user and the Company. By accessing or using the Robot, user acknowledges that User have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future modifications. If Users do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Robot. 

  

Definitions 

1.1. "Robot" refers to the agricultural robot owned and operated by the Company for use in agricultural operations. 

1.2. "User" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Web Platform. 

1.3. "Website" refers to the Company's official website through which users can book the Robot. 

1.4 “Web Service” refers to the service provided from the Company via the web platform. 

1.5 “Agroverse Products” refers to any product (Web Service, Robot) owned by the Company

Agroverse Products Usage  

2.1 License: The Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Web Service for agricultural purposes in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable laws and regulations. Users may not use the service or the robot for any illegal, unauthorized, or improper purposes. 

2.2 Ownership: The Agroverse Products and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to the User. 

2.3. Users are solely responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and supervision of the Web Service, including complying with all applicable laws and regulations. 

2.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Web Service if there is a reasonable belief that the user is in breach of these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activities. 

 

Booking and Use  

3.1 Booking: Users can book the Robot through the Company's Web Service. By providing personal information during the booking process, User agrees that the Company may collect, use, and process User's personal information, including but not limited to name, address, contact details, and payment information, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 

3.2 Field and Location Data: Users may upload photos of their fields and location for the purpose of optimizing the Robot's performance. By uploading such data, User grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the uploaded data for the purpose of providing the Robot's services. Users agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the better use of the Robot’s services. 

3.3. Users are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes associated with the booking and use of the Robot, as communicated by the Company. 

 

Intellectual Property  

4.1 Company IP: The Company retains all intellectual property rights associated with the Robot, including but not limited to its design, software, algorithms, and documentation. Users acknowledge that they have no ownership or rights, including intellectual property rights, in the Robot. 

4.2. Users agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Robot. 

 4.3 User Content: Users retain all intellectual property rights to any content they provide, upload, or submit while using the Robot. However, by submitting such content, they grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the Robot's services and improving its functionality. 

 

License to Use 

5.1. The Company grants users to use the Web Services for the duration of the booking period and in accordance with these Terms. 

5.2. This license is for the sole purpose of using the Web Services and not trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials. 

 

Data Collection and Privacy 

6.1. The Company may collect, and store personal information provided by users during the booking process and the use of the Robot. The collection and use of personal information are subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. 

6.2. Users acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect data, including photos of fields and locations, for the purpose of improving the Robot's performance and enhancing the user experience. Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such data for these purposes. 

 

Restrictions  

7. Prohibited Actions: User agree not to:  

a. Copy, modify, or distribute the Robot, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.  

b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Robot and the Web Service or attempt to derive its source code.  

c. Use the Robot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 

 d. Interfere with or disrupt the Robot's functionality, Web Service, servers, or networks. 

 e. Use the Robot to infringe upon the rights of others or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. 

 

Limitation of Liability  

8.1 Disclaimer: The Robot and the Web Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Robot and the Web Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. User's use of the Robot is at User's own risk. 

 8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Robot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

8.3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or data provided by the Robot and the Web Service. 

 

Termination  

9.1 Termination by User: User may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Robot and uninstalling any associated software.  

9.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend User's access to the Web Service at any time, without prior notice, if User breaches any provisions of this Agreement or engages in activities that may harm the Company, the Robot or its users. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

10. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the country. 

 

Miscellaneous 

11.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and the Company regarding the use of the Robot, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.  

11.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

11.3 Waiver: The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. 

By using the Robot, User acknowledges that User has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If User does not agree to these terms, User should refrain from using the Robot.
